Get the run done

This simple phrase represents the attitude I will try to have towards my training. Instead of making an excuse, or delaying or finding more important things I need to do, I just have to check my training plan, put on my shoes and “get the run done!”.  I always feel so much better after I complete my training, proud of myself for doing it and happy in the knowledge I am one step closer to my goal.
